Anyone having problems getting new equipment and being out of stock during the shortages. I had to wait 7 months to get 2 subs.
I sell DJ gear - QSC, JBL, RCF, Chauvet, EV, and more brands. Every single company is dealing with shortages. Its a domino effect. First, costs of parts are up and parts are scarce. Then they get the parts and shipping is expensive (shipping a container is like $20k now, used to be $3k). Then the shipping time is delayed. Its a shit show.
Ive been waiting on replacement needles for 3 months now smh. Can't even be mad at the store because it's beyond their control.
It's taking about 3-4 months to get items when it use to be just weeks. This is happening globally plus there is a shortage of containers so prices keep fluctuating.
I ordered a pioneer xdj xz back in june 2021. I received it in april 2022. Most of the pro pioneer controllers and players are back ordered. You have to preorder them.
