    Monday: Leg day
    Tuesday: Off day
    Wednesday: Back and core
    Thursday: Off day
    Friday: Free day/Make up day
    Saturday: Off day

    Monday: Chest!
    Tuesday: Abs
    Wednesday: Upper and Lower Back
    Thursday: Leg Day
    Friday: Off Day/Make up Day
    Saturday: Off Day/Make up Day

    3 day alternating full body
    90% free weights, rest machine

    Split into upper body lower body push and pull 4-6 times a week.
