    What are the specs of your computer? Anti-Virus software is a necessity but it can only do so much. Some software will actually slow your computer down more.

    Bitdefender is the best Antivirus software out there...well at least in my opinion. It works very well with Windows 10 and is the most effective in identifying unwanted threats.

    bit derinder is one of the best anti virus software on the market
    be careful of windows updates some of the patches slows down you pc
    i've found that out lately

    I don't trust any of them. Honestly I would go a free service like Windows defender or download something simple like Panda Cloud Anti Virus

    if computer is slow, then you need a cleaner, not virus checker.......get PRIVAZER - https://privazer.com/en/
    it cleans the shit out of computer and is better than CCleaner....its FREE!!!!! watch youtube to set it up as......

    I get mcAfee free with Bell internet. Its decent and allows you to schedule scans to off peak times. Windows defender isn't a bad free option also.

    Try cleaning your cooling fan. A lot of people dont do this and it slows down your laptop. Also i use avast its free and has active scanning

    avast for me seems to be the best, give it a try, can always try out the free option before deciding to purchase the premium version

    Yeah in windows 10 no need for a extra software. It's included in every windows 10 and always running, it also gets updated regularly. Of course you could buy different software for a extra security.

    For most use cases the default virus scanner of Windows will do just fine. Windows Defender.
