Which powered sub is better? Yorkville Es21p or RCF 8006

    Looking to buy a pair of powered subs but I cannot decide. Don't answer based off of price or weight.

    Yorkville is the definitely the way to go especially if u get a drive rack to better tune them

    i will sahy Yorkville because you can do both indoor and outdoor events with ease. it don't over heat and performs in any enviroment...

    i would go with yorkville if your serious about djing, for the reasons mentioned from previous posts.

    Yorkvilles sound terrible. They're just really loud, and thats why a lot of people like them, but they're not clean and crisp. They need to be tuned properly to sound good and not every DJ knows how to do it well (although they might think they do).

    I'd personally recommend the RCF. Needs tuning too, but the double 18 hits harder than a single 21.

    Neither of these subs are mobile friendly, btw.

    I just got myself a LD ICOA 18A. For the price of those subs I can't see how it could outperform 4 ICOAs. Especially if you cardoid them. That's like 140DB that gets down to 30hz. That's four independent subs to do placement as desired, and with the built in delay you can do all kinds of cardoid setups.
