DJ Name Drops in Songs

    Hey Everyone, I have a question about using songs (ex. indian remixes) that have a DJ name drop in them. How do you guys work around this if there's a remix of a song that you like but the name drop is at different parts in the song? Intro, ending of verses etc. Do you guys use these remixes to DJ with? Thanks.

    If it's crazy instrusive I just don't use the remix. But if you are playing a party, nobody cares. If you are doing a mix CD, you should just edit it out...

    We have stem separation nowadays, just vocal out the DJ drop and when it done, put vocals back on.
