My laptop plays music clearly through the 3.5mm headphone jack when it is running of the battery. But when i plug in my charger, a static noise starts up in the background. Similar to when a cell phone is near a speaker, just not as loud. Any solutions?

    grounding issues,
plus its a 3.5mm jack you cant expect good quality of music through that.

thats why mother board cards are shitty.
