The Windows Se7en Build 7000 links are available on Microsoft's Windows Se7en website. The public beta was revealed a couple weeks ago.

    http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windows-7/beta-download.aspx

Been running Se7en since the early 6000 builds and has been improving here and there ever since. I currently have a dual boot set up between vista ultimate 64 and windows se7en ultimate 64. I can honestly say that Se7en is like a Vista Second Edition, similar to the relationship between Windows 98 and Windows 98 SE. My quad core is way more optimized in se7en and therefore the cores are less stressed during idle. Se7en is way less of a performance hog than vista. I was a vista fanboy till se7en hit the net. I haven't once been back to vista since i started using build 7000 on christmas eve.

the biggest failure of that thing
is gonna be 20 different versions
like home basic premium ultimate business

    talk about retarded.

    they should simplify it,
why are they after getting the gui so nifty like osx.

gonnna suck when they release this shit and people get more incompatible programs and hardware.

lol im running it on my laptop on a virtual partition. i didnt trust the beta at first and was afraid it might crash my cpu or sumthing idk. so with the virtual partition it runs off of vista as a program basically kinda like an emulation. I set aside 2 gbs of RAM for it but i like it more then vista so i might increase it as i install more programs.

WINDOWS 7 just crashed! shit. alrite gotta reboot it.

lol well deres no risk cuz its a virtual partition. Its basically windows 7 running off a program installed on vista. You can always simply close the program. I was gonna use my teachers laptop but her fat ass is taking too long. lol

These new OS incorpoate multi-tasking into there premises in their build, but unfortunately relies to much on system memory. So your computer has to be boss to do what they are advertising. So those who have little memory and run XP are safe if they simply close programs. One major flaw in new Windows OS is security updates which are BIOS and .exe running behind the scene which slow down your computer.
