Laptop Webcam Hook Up???

ok so if u didnt hear by now i got a new laptop and idk how to hook up to my webcam, like to see other people on it. cause my sister has one so i wanna hook mine up so we can chat n stufff, n when u talk to ppl on aim or whatever n they have webcams we can chat n stuff

so if u know how to hook one up please help me, i heard something about u have to have a msn account, is that true???? cause if so i do.

 

first all, whats the brand and model of the webcam?

 

ok yea its built in on the laptop n i can see my self when i turn it on

so when i get the cyberlink youcam n log into my hotmail account can i see other ppl who have webcams or what
