iight.. so, i was looking for some movie sites the other day and i came across yahoo answers and i was going through the answers. then wen i went to a site someone listed everything started going crazy and it told me that there were viruses and shit.. so i ran spybot and adaware. spybot seemed to get some of the stuff out, but wen i try to open up the internet(firefox), it doesnt open. same as msn messenger. the only way to open up things is to go to task manager and create a new task. i dont know if i still got viruses, but just to make sure what should i do..
i downloaded spy emergeny cuz it looked pretty good, but it still doesnt fix the problem. i dont know what to do....... how do i completely remove this or these viruses and make sure its gone?

You still have viruses and spyware.....u need to reinstall your programs and download avg free 8.5. Run a complete scan. If problem still persists you may need to wipe out ur hard drive.

Reformatting your hard drive and reinstalling everything is probably the best thing to do. But if you're looking to only clean it up use Malbytes Anti-Malware. It should take care of everything.

If you want to try it, its here:

aah oooh .. think you should search the web for a program called avast (home edition) .. remove all the other virus software .. install that .. then it will run a boot scan (when you return it on - before you get into windows) .. I have had good success with that

    good luck
