Which Laptop Would You Recommend?

Windows: (never, EVER go with Dell) Sony FTW.

Top of the line, but expensive: Macbooks.

 

i wud recomend a windows hp
i compared dell with hp with the equal to or better specs and found hp was like $300 cheaper than the dell

 

i would say go with acer..acer is a very nice computer well i got a laptop buh i dont noe about desktop acer lol! buh yeah the laptop seems pretty good!

acer is cheap if you really cant afford anything better. Its like all refurbished pieces.

 

it all depends on what u using the laptop for and ur lifestyle..a mac is a great if u into music or designs and very rare u hear about viruses..a PC on the other hand is good for if u doing more business like things or just want a laptop to do shit lmao..but they vary keen to viruses if u dont know how to protect...but all i all i would go with a mac , cuz u can run a parallel and have windows on it too, so u basically getting best of both world..

 

cute??? lol i have a 17in navy blue Toshiba laptop and it works great the screen is great for watching movies and youtube videos or whatever kind of videos in full screen, it has a 250 megabytes and 3g of memory and over all its a good laptop just to have and chill with nothing special no business or anything like that its my personal laptop i just use for school and messing around with

 

Yes cute. Lol Sony vaios are really good and my friend has this really pretty light pink one that i think its adorable. Lol i want it. Im such a girl Lol =)
Oh and i dont have many gigs on my lap but i do have a 600g external so i really dont store anything on my laptop anyway.

 

It seems that HP got the best reviews followed by Mac.

As for those who said "WINDOWS", windows is just an operating system and no computer is made for a specified operating system, it's users choice. I've even seen someone mentioned to choose according to the work you want to do then you'll specify between getting a Mac or something else. If you like Mac then by all means go for it, there are many work around that will let you run just about any program. As for getting the best laptop, first think about your budget and then look at the computer specifications if you do need help, I'm more than willing to assist.

Oh and I also forgot to mention the MAC OS[Operating System] is a more secure one all around and is based on Unix.

Vista is just the Operating System, it does affect the way your computer works but not by much. Vista is more secure than any other windows version, good for those who have little knowledge about computer and software security.

Again, Windows is not a computer, its just an Operating System and no windows is not better than Macintosh Operating System. Macintosh derived straight from Unix. Windows was made for computer illiterate people, that's the only reason it's so popular.

 

a good one to buy is a acer if u low on cash and macs are to small but if u get a windows and wanted the mac u could always change the operating system but thats gets a little complicated
