Anti virus server based operating system support?

    i have norton antivirus premium suit but when i go to install it, there is an error with the install wizard itself that states "server based operating systems not supported". I have a server based operating system and i didnt even know? is there any way to fix it, or any other protection i can use? my computer is naked right now =/
    running windows 7 professional 64-bit

    I've heard that Norton isnt really a good antivirus to use..i would say Kaspersky..it never gave me any problems..and it runs very smoothly in the background and doesnt take up alot of memory...if u cant find a full version..Microsoft security essentials is another good one..and that one is free

    sorry, but i have to disagree w/ kaspersky. kaspersky has a high level of false-positives. use microsoft security essentials as the minimum. using a server OS, your options are limited as you need enterprise licenses for AV

    Get Symantec endpoint protection v11.06 or higher which works fine with Win7, I use it everywhere and it is aggressive in detecting viruses. Give it a try! All the above recommendations I already used before and they were not aggressive enough.

    ill try this one out, any link on mastahpiece to this? or any link to the actual website?
