This is the worstttttt!!!!!! chutney Cd I have ever heard.I blame the dj for ruining my ear..Its the worst songs you can put on a cd.This has mostly singovers , I couldn't stand this cd from the 1st song.These are 2010 chutney but most of them is garbage.A little tip to the remixer (you really want to make a good chutney cd go old school and not this garbage).

LOL I knew it when I saw your other thread you made about which is the best chutney cd of 2010 , you had some sort of agenda behind it, meaning you might be or associated with the Chutney University cd, mow this just proves my theory even more. Lets clear up a few things and maybe after this, you will get it clear about the cd. You see we are GUYANESE okay and in GUYANA we have events like stage show for the indian community and they are call Fair and usually held at some outdoor location, so that where the name fair ground comes from. These shows are like your LOCAL talent show, with bands and singers singing and dancing and most of the time they sing back other people songs like Film songs from bollywood, other chutney artists music and things like that, so based on the songs on this cd, I think its a fitting name for the cd. Now no where on the cd has anything listed as CHUTNEY correct?.. So if you are not a fan of the bollywood sing back man then you just not being honest with your self because that been happening a long long time now. So I know you are probably the person who did the PROMO cds , so go ahead and do your thing man. We are just promoting our culture to others.

well sir i have no relation with the promo 2 i am just a avid lover of music especially our indian culture i not sure if my comment was miss read but if u look back at the pool i was defending a comment made by another member which stated wait till fair ground comes out it will be better than all of these cd listed in the poll so i made my comment this did not touch n e of the 4 cd's in their! and i know about sing backs bud dont get me started i been around the west indian music scene for years being around meaning avid party man jammin all over and back then alot of the "guyanese" ppl were not fans of the bands sing backs up till a few years ago they were always bashing it ....but back to the cd stylistics made better cds than this waaaaaay better and the selection not as good alot of songs cud of been put into this ..the hype behind this cd did not match the work done....is it wrong for speaking your mind on a forum? i thought that's what a forum was for. if u look into the promo 1 i wrote a comment on their not liking the cd which i did i hated that so much so i hope that clears up my first comment made as i am not the only who thinks the same way about this cd!
