Help!! HTC Phone

    hey guys i need your help,i have an HTC 8100 pda phone,and i wanna be able to use internet on it, the connections my wifi picks up are from arorund my area and security enable,but what i wanna know is if i can connect my road runner to the htc by wireless in anyway?

    Ummm, I Think U Need A Router. I Tried Picking Up Signal On My PSP A While Ago, And Learned That I'll Need A Router To Do So. A Router Will Broadcast The Signal Around Ur House Thus Enabling U To Pick Up Signal. . . Hope This Helps.

    yea your right. just pick up a router. install and hook it up to your pc. make sure you know what your wep key is. that is what you will need. its in the network security settings of the router's software. i think you got the idea lol

    Yeah i got the idea,thanks guy,i got a router so ill try it out and see if it works,Appriciate it

    you can also sign up for a data plan depending on your service. make sure when your setting up your router to use wpa encryption (easier and more secure than wep) and i would recommend getting a 802.11n router. the signal reaches farther around your house than typical b/g/a routers. just do a little bit of google'ing and u will find one. they are also a little more expensive but are worth it
