   1. If you want to permanently disable the pop-up blocker in IE;
      1. Open Internet Explorer.
      2. Select "Tools" from the main menu.
      3. Select "Pop-up Blocker" from the Tools menu.
      4. Select "Turn Off Pop-up Blocker" (red arrow)

   Why would you want to disable pop up blocker?
   Aren't you sick of pop ups, especially when you are trying to do something important??
