    Trying to connect to your wireless router? Try resetting the router.

    ethernet connection.

    wireless works.

    Duhh lol Local Area Connection -__- why didn't that click in my mind? Anyway..

    Try this:
    click start, right click my computer and click manage. Go to device manager. Disable your ethernet connection, might wanna update the driver too.

    Oh another thing.
    Are you connecting the router or modem via the cable? When you plug in the ethernet cable from your computer, unplug the modem and router from their power source, then plug them back in after the ethernet is connected.

    tried all those.
    and currently using my wireless card ( i have wireless / local)
    local doesn't give internet, it gives me the errror (picture above)

    then its something with the router or modem your connecting to most likely, try another laptop to verify.

    already tried
    it's not the router/modem

    it's the computer.

    not sure what to tell ya then, lol, hopefully someone else can shed some light on this. I have never dealt with an IP problem when having a wired connection.

    Start > Run
    type: services.msc
    FIND: Id_String2.6844F930_1628_4223_B5CC_5BB94B87 9762 in the list Right Click
    Select Properties
    From the drop down select Disabled
    Click STOP
    Click Apply
    Reboot

    I' not finding
