Ipod Touch music transfer?

    I got a ipod touch but its already registered to another computer through Itunes, is there any possible way of transferring music and other data through the ipod touch without having to wipe it clean? i have music on there that i cant get back again :(

    its say application failed to intialize properly (0xc0000135) o_O wtf dah mean?

    That's weird. It should work. Can you post a screenshot of the error message?

    Thanks for the tip on SharePod, looks like exactly what I was looking for.

    Cut out these 3rd party program junk. They worthless. All you really need to do is:

    Go To Music Folder> Copy iTunes Folder> Paste on Flashdrive or any other removable drive.> Copy iTunes Folder to the other Computer's Music Folder> Done.

    Just fine a app that stores your memory online and do whatever you need to do then if it gets wiped out jus go back on the app and get ur info back. SEEEE this is why ANDROID is better :p

    Lol android doesnt make mp3 players bro.. we talkin bout iPod TOUCH here not iPhone :)
