I currently have T-mobile and i am switching my phone service to MetroPCS. But sometime i heard there service kinda suck but i heard it got better. but the reason why am thinking about switching to them is because i like the Samsung Galaxy Indulge phone. but if anyone have that Samsung Galaxy Indulge. let me know how is it? i need some more advice lol

yea exactly. you know i was thinking about that when i get the service. my service will not be available on certain locations. but it use to suck alot when it first came out. but everyone here in ny said that they improve alot with there bandwidth and stuff. i hardly go to ATL neways so yea. but as long as it work all over in NY and stuff, then am good to go lol

yea man same here. i feel what your saying. and of course i would save off alot because you know am with T-mobile. and you know there services are plans are kinda changing up alittle. AT&T is buying over T-Mobile i heard. plus T-mobile is kinda getting alittle expensive and you see rite now am going to school full time. so its like i cant afford to spend that much on t-mobile. MetroPCS also came out with some nice ass phones as well to

MetroPCS sucks terrible horrible customer service.

For over a week I argued, begged and pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. In my opinion all of them incompetent and many rude. Autopay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. Phone service has been shut off twice. Even after the store manager at the corporate Center assured me that it ad been restored.

Then I found the emails for coroprate HQ. Two emails to three execs and the problem was fixed in two hours. You do the math. Corporate email, fax number, phone number and my complaint letter is at http://SwensonStudio.com/MetroPCS.htm
