    There are a few things im wondering about torrents.


    1)whats the best MAC / WINDOWS client?
    2) WHATS THE BEST TORRENT SITE?
    3) DOES ANYONE HAVE A DEMENOID.COM ACCOUNT? OR SOME WAY TO GET AN INVITE?

    AS YOU KNOW, BY MY NAME IM ONLY 14 CAN I JOIN DEMENOID?

    for me Vuze is the best client out there.
    my favorite torrent sites are thepiratebay.org, mininova.org and isohunt.com
    i say iso hunt is the best

    I use BitTorrent on windows 7 and it works fine
    I get my torrents from thepiratebay.org

    I <3 my demonoid account, i dont know how to invite people, and at one point i remember them putting up an announcement that we cant invite anymore ppl, so idk.. I'll check again

    and i use uTorrent for my windows 7 laptop

    utorrent ftw, works on both mac and pc i dont use anything else
    for my torrents i use torrentz.com its like a search engine for torrents

    now thats easy to answer you look for seeds the more seeds there are in a torrent the faster the download
    the more leaches there are the slower your download, also in demonoid see each torrent for about 30 minutes to an hour. what this does is it increases your share ratio...the higher your sharing ratio the faster your download speed (demonoid gives you a faster speed if your ratio is high) if you have a ratio of 1 your all set =D

    yea i was deciding between vuze or utorrent and i liked the UI for utorrent and it looked like it gave more info to you

    so i gottta say, torrents are pretty cool. ive only been using them for a week and i love them! they're such a cool type of downloading via p2p. thanks for all the help guys, anything else interesting you guys could tell me about the torrent scene?
