https://hulkshare.com/d3ram Before you awaits 67 creations all blended into one entity. Given to the sound world by some very exceptional entities. I really must send the forwards across as this wouldnt be at all possible without them. @lazabeam14 and @saminterface who have weaved the musical souls of Trinidad and Bristol together with some grimy horns and bass, thus Sub-Soca was birthed upon a new era. They are most known for their collaborations to make hits like Truck On D Road, Marimba Riddim and more under the well known name of Jus Now. @cdmgeneration who has taken the time to craft and nurture the new genre of Caribbean Dance Music and supporting their DJs as well as reaching out to myself on this project, I humbly can't wait to work with you and push the CDM movement globally. @majorlazer who infused EDM with Soca and Dancehall to create a whole new genre, making hit remixes across the Caribbean, the Dons of CDM itself. @djcrownprince who pieced together endless mashups on the Supa Soca series. @system32now who are a fast rising group with exceptional work and creative impulses, apart of the EDM/Soca movement, they really cause some damage as they have at Sunset Festival and will continue to do so in the future@travisworldmusic, one of the youngest in the game to be a known name in Toronto in an instant by fans, definitely a favorite of the present and next generation. Much more names and Im sure i can explain their presence, influence and impact in not just Sub Soca/CDM, but the impact on Soca itself. This is the revolution. Whether real percussion, electronic synths, grimy bass or massive horns, it all ties in together. Growing up, my musical palates consisted of Soca and Freestyle/New Jack, so to see variants of the genres mesh together is a spectacle. I urge you to take a listen and try something different than what youre used to.I assure you that itll be worth the listen. Hear your favorite Soca tunes in a different light or maybe hear some beats that will get you amped in the gym. Yes, beats. I wont be explaining the genres but this mix will. Being able to push the craft forward and be the first to introduce it to Toronto is a privilege. Im proud to present you with, not a risk, but a new musical palate. Much thanks to the aforementioned Producers and DJs for taking that step and producing unity. I cant wait to hear what the future will bring with all of you. Much blessings and basslines!
