Verizon Increase On Prices

So I have an LG Cosmos phone (yea I know right lol) and my upgrade for Verizon is coming up in October. So I go in look around and ask questions and find out that me and my parents (we have a 2 year contract family plan) can get 2 new Iphone 4's for free when we extend our contracts for another 2 years.

I was like ok that's cool but the guy is like its $50 per phone for 2GB of data (so $100 added to the bill every month). I told him I wont use internet on my phone a lot because I have the new itouch and a laptop. He said they offer 1GB for $30 or if we want we can do there share everything plan for $80 added to the bill every month.

Right now our bill is around $120 which is kind of a lot to me for two basic phones with no internet. So I'm talking to my mom about it and I don't want to extend the contracts another 2 years. I would like to go to Sprint because they have unlimited everything for $80 per phone which is gonna be like $160..

Do you guys think Sprint is also the good choice?
