    The guy is undefeated fighting scrubs. He's been the most dominant boxer in his class, but pushed up against a man like Ali, I'll give Floyd a 5% chance of winning, 1% chance he knocks out Ali...:bash::bash:

    Agreed but a little over exaggerated with the percentages. He has a little more chance of winning than just that.

    I second that. First off different weight class. Secondly if mayweather had to fight Ali when he was in his prime it'd be over quickly, lol. One hit an its done.

    This poll is absurd...Mayweather is a welterweight who fights at around 143-148...ALI IS A HEAVYWEIGHT! you cannot put the two together in a fight...although skill wise. For thsoe who say that mayweather has not had competition is dumb. He has fought who ever they put in front of him and beat them. Castillo, Hatton, Marquez, DelyaHoya, Judah, Gatti...and has picked all of them apart. No doubt Ali was the king...But so is mayweather. The only ones left for mayweather to beat is cotto and pacquiao.
    IF THEY WERE OF THE SAME WEIGHT CLASS...i thik it would make for the most boring fight ever because they are both defensive fighters and counter punchers. it would be the most technical fight ever and boxing purists would love it, but would not appeal to the masses. I do thik Mayweather would beat him though. He is just way too fast and he fights to win; whether by scorecard or knockout...Although Mayweather still needs to fight the winner of Cotto vs Manny to solidify his legacy

    ali wins by a lot, i think if there were to be the mayweather and pacqiao fight, mayweather woudlve lost, ali, fights with more heart.
