I'm make a list Btw 64bit is ....lol

    Driver Site http://download.audiotrak.net/?w=at&p=13&g=2&l=en
    last Ver is--2.8.40

1.try another USB port some USB ports have low power or use USB HUB even if directly on the PC is recommended

    2.Run As Admin /2000/XP

3.Right Click on my Computer and Propties Then Advannced System settings After hit Advanced tab then Perfomance/settings Then hit Tab Data Execution Pervention
and hit Turn on DEP for all programs. add the installer in it hit apply Reboot then run installer see if it works

4.Make sure you unplug the RCA from the Ch until Driver installs

5.And try set laptop to Full Performance

i'm update list till its fixed
