well i dunno much about the copy protection stuff but converting from wma to mp3 is a huge quality loss. i think you should look at that first.

You know i just remembered that sony sound forge should do it. Not 100% sure, but you can use the batch convertor and convert all the wma's to mp3's.

instead of going through all this, just tell him to turn copy protection off, then rip the cd in mp3 format.
like dude said above, there's an mp3 option.

The Man Is Having Problems With The Copy Right Protection. I Had The Same Problem Once, But I Never Got Around To Figuring It Out. Can Someone Explain To Him How To Turn Off The Copy Right Protection (If Thats Possible), Then That Should Solve Things.

the only way i see around the copy protection,is recording the music while u play it ,which makes a new trakc, make sure u record it in the format u want

You Know What, Then Turn Off The Copy Right Protection, And Try To Burn It On A CD. If It Doesn't Burn On A CD, Then Probably It's Not Off. I Don't Think A Copy Right Protection Is A Simple Thing To Take Off.

shit all this over some copy protection.. I think he means he downloaded a song or something and it has copy protection on the wma file and he wants to get rid of it by converting to mp3. I dunno thats how I understand it.
