mac is worth the money, but windows is genrally cheap and can get the job done, it all depends on what you are going to be doing on it

MacBook Pro is the best, but get a used one. It's pretty easy to find one pre-loaded with software/in good condition/warranty intact on Craigslist for maybe $1000 less than what you would spend if you bought it new and bought all the necessary programs yourself.

    I use both
I use the Macbook for the music and DJing because it runs smooth and for everyday use i use the PC because there are so many more programs for it.

macbook pro. by far the best. dont worry about anything except ram and space. i got 8 gbs ram, and 500 gbs space, 13 inch. go for it. its wild. i was a pc user all my life. jsut got a mac begnning this year. never go back. once you go mac, you never go back. (sorry to sound schupid, but its true)
